I recently learned of the death of Robert (Bob) Mead. Sadly, he passed away in May, but it was after the AGM when I found out. Bob along with Barbara Knight were instrumental in getting the bells at St Mary's ringing again. Unfortunately, too many obstacles were in their path to make this a viable ring once again.

There will be memorial service at St Mary's, Burlington on Saturday, October 12 at 10:00 AM. All are invited.
