Tower Details

The six bells in this tower are believed to have been installed in 1853, presumed to have been rung until at least 1870, but by 1883 were rung exclusively by chiming. The six bells were replaced by 10-bell Gillett & Johnston chime in 1901., which was recast into an 11-bell chime in 1935.
