Virginia Theological Seminary in Alexandria, just across the Potomac from Washington, has put up a very nice webcam that shows the construction of the new chapel.

See the large semi-circular window? Just to the left of it, the new bell tower is rising.

Right now the window and the tower are at about the same height. But that will change!
