My son and I are ringers in Texarkana, AR. We're headed to England May 21-29, 2013 and would like to 1) visit the tower at St. Paul's Cathedral in London, and 2) visit a tower in the Shaldon, Devon area. Anyone have an idea of how we can make those things happen?
