Here's a talk about change ringing in Spartanburg, South Carolina. You'll have to scroll down a page or two to get to it. Sadly I suppose this is equally inconvenient for those in Charleston, Atlanta, Hendersonville and Raleigh, but maybe someone can make the drive. Does anyone know Caren Diefenderfer, who doesn't appear to be a NAGCR member?
