I am saddened to advise you that Captain E. G. (Jeff) White, passed away of April 2, 2014, age 84. Jeff rang for many years at both Vancouver and Victoria. He was a Captain with the former Canadian airlines. Jeff also spent many months flying back and forth across the country, teaching ringing to new recruits in Toronto in 1997/98
