As mentioned in the last two Clappers we are thrilled to confirm that the 40th +1 Anniversary of the St Martin's bells will take place on Saturday, June 12, 2021. We believe that this will be the first in-person NAGCR event since the pandemic began back in March 2020 when we had to cancel our event. Philly hosted the last in person event which was the QP weekend in January, 2020. The event will be held outside, weather permitting, and masks will be worn when going into the Parish Hall. All attendees must be fully vaccinated.

We plan to start ringing at 1:00 PM and continue until 5:00 PM with limited numbers (6-8) in the tower on a rotating basis. We will not crowd the 27 people we once had a few years back! It is undecided if we will attempt a quarter peal.

The celebrations will continue with a catered dinner including some appetizers, salad, chicken entree, vegetarian meal and ending with dessert. We plan on having an ice-cream sundae bar – just like the BBQ! We are asking for a $10.00 minimum donation per person.

If there are enough ringers for Sunday service ringing we will ring at both towers. Schedule to be determined once we have some commitments. Please do let us know as soon as possible if you are planning on joining us.
